All prices per night include VAT but exclude the local tax on visitors of currently 3,00 € per person from 16 years (chilren from 6 to 15 years: 1,60 €). On request it is also possible to book breakfast and dinner or our bread service.
Please note that we only accept cash or advance payment. ATMs are available in Hinterzarten and in Titisee. Thank you for your understanding.
Official Terms and Conditions
Rechte und Pflichten aus dem Gastaufnahmevertrag - DEHOGA
- Der Gastaufnahmevertrag ist abgeschlossen, sobald das Zimmer bestellt und zugesagt oder, falls eine Zusage aus Zeitgründen nicht mehr möglich war, bereitgestellt worden ist.
- Der Abschluss des Gastaufnahmevertrages verpflichtet die Vertragspartner zur Erfüllung des Vertrages, gleichgültig, auf welche Dauer der Vertrag abgeschlossen ist.
- Der Hotelier ist verpflichtet, bei Nichtbereitstellung des Zimmers dem Gast Schadenersatz zu leisten.
- Der Gast ist verpflichtet, bei Nichtinanspruchnahme der vertraglichen Leistungen den vereinbarten oder betriebsüblichen Preis zu bezahlen, abzüglich der vom Hotelier ersparten Aufwendungen.
- a) Der Gastwirt ist nach Treu und Glauben gehalten, nicht in Anspruch genommene Zimmer nach Möglichkeit anderweitig zu vergeben, um Ausfälle zu vermeiden.
b) Bis zur anderweitigen Vergabe des Zimmers hat der Gast für die Dauer des Vertrages den nach Ziffer 4 errechneten Betrag zu zahlen.
Rücktrittspauschalen
The following cancellation fees apply to room reservations in hotels, inns, and guesthouses:
Up to 31 days before the start of the trip: 10% of the trip price
Up to 21 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the trip price
Up to 11 days before the start of the trip: 40% of the trip price
Up to 7 days before the start of the trip: 60% of the trip price
After that: 80% of the trip price; the same applies for early departures.

For longer stays, we recommend to sign a cancellation insurance!
